Yes — use the Submit page (/submit) to suggest a product. Brand reps can use the Brand Portal (/brand) to submit new products for faster review.

The logger tracks what diaper you wore each day, how many wettings, fill level, whether it leaked, comfort rating, odour, booster use, and wear duration. It builds a streak, heatmap, and achievements over time.

Yes. Wear logs are private by default — only you can see them. Your public profile shows reviews you've written, your tried list, and your wishlist (if set to public).

Yes — go to Profile → Settings → Export my data. This downloads your wear logs, journal, reviews, and wishlist as CSV files.

The Logger records daily wearing data (wear count, wettings, fill). The Journal is free-form notes attached to specific days — thoughts, observations, or anything you want to remember.

Yes, at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us — stripe webhooks occasionally have a delay.

Visit /brands/verify and submit an application. We review all applications — approval typically takes 3–5 business days. An annual fee applies.

Access the Brand Dashboard (/brand) to view your products, respond to reviews publicly, edit your brand description and website, and submit new products for admin review.

Brand reps submit edits for admin review — they don't apply directly. This keeps data quality consistent. We aim to review submissions within 2–3 business days.

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.

Go to Profile → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. All your data is permanently removed.

Click the unsubscribe link in any email, or go to Profile → Settings → Notification preferences and turn off what you don't want.

Yes! CrinkleDB is a Progressive Web App. On iOS, tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the install prompt or use the browser menu → Add to Home Screen.

The core browse pages are cached and work offline. The logger requires a connection to save entries. Your recent pages are available offline via the service worker.
